Job summary

HYKAL seeks a seasoned Consultant Airports Construction Manager to lead airport construction projects and mega-scale developments across the GCC. You will supervise delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet client goals.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Architectural or Civil Engineering, PMP certification, 15+ years in engineering with 5+ years as a Gulf CM; fluent English; Saudi iqama and driving license for non-Saudis; willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Al Jawf.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years in engineering, incl. 5+ years as a Consultant Airports Construction Manager in the Gulf.
• Proven track record in airport construction projects and mega-scale developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and other project management software.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid Saudi iqama and driving license (for non-Saudi applicants).
• All certificates and experience documents must be available.
• Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview in the Al Jawf Region, Saudi Arabia.

Job Opportunity: Consultant Airports Construction Manager / Immediate Joining Required

HYKAL is seeking a highly experienced Consultant Airports Construction Manager to lead and oversee airport construction projects and mega-scale developments across the GCC region. This role requires extensive experience in airport construction management, project supervision, and consultancy services, with a strong focus on project delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with client requirements and international standards.

Position: Consultant Airports Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage airport construction projects and mega-scale developments, ensuring successful delivery in accordance with project objectives and client expectations.
• Oversee construction supervision, project implementation, and consultancy services throughout all project phases.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using Primavera and other relevant project management tools.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Oversee contract administration, technical reviews, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor construction quality and progress, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to maintain high performance and effective project execution.
• Prepare and review progress reports, technical documentation, and project status updates for stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to ensure efficient project delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.

Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years of proven engineering experience, including at least 5 years of experience as a Consultant Airports Construction Manager within the Gulf region.
• Demonstrated experience in managing airport construction projects and mega-scale developments.
• Strong expertise in construction supervision, project implementation, and engineering consultancy services.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and other relevant project management and engineering software.
• Extensive experience in project scheduling, risk assessment, progress monitoring, and contract administration.
• Solid understanding of quality control, compliance standards, construction specifications, and technical project oversight.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Saudi Iqama and driving license (for non-Saudi applicants).
