Job summary

Absal Paul Contracting is seeking a Project Manager for Logistics Facilities Construction in Jeddah. You will manage the full lifecycle from mobilisation to handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of logistics, warehousing or large-scale facilities.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of GCC construction experience, strong leadership and planning skills, and a track record in logistics or industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years construction experience, including GCC project delivery.
• Proven experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale facility construction.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and contractual management skills.
• Airport-related facilities experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover.
• Ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare and monitor project programmes, progress reports, procurement schedules and manpower plans.
• Lead site activities, resolve construction issues and ensure works meet standards.
• Manage risks, variations, claims, delays and commercial matters with the commercial team.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, authority regulations and company procedures.

• Project Manager Logistics Facilities ConstructionManage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover
• ensuring delivery in line with programme budget quality safety and contractual requirements
• Coordinate with the client consultants subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and monitor project programmes progress reports procurement schedules manpower plans and site logistics
• Lead site activities resolve construction issues and ensure works are completed to the required standards
• Manage risks variations claims delays and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements authority regulations and company procedures
• Drive timely completion testing commissioning handover and project close-out

The ideal candidate should have strong construction management experience in the GCC region, with previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, distribution centres, or similar fast-track facilities. Airport-related project experience will be considered an added advantage.
