Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Manage clients, site teams, subcontractors, resources, schedules and procurement.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects and engineers and ensure clear communication of objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight, leadership, and problem-solving to ensure successful project delivery.
