Job summary

AWS Global Sales in Jeddah seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to work with Enterprise and Strategic customers in western Saudi Arabia. You will be the primary technical advisor, guiding modernization, AI adoption, and cloud-native architectures to accelerate customers’ digital agendas.

You’ll partner with account managers and service teams to design reliable, cost-efficient cloud solutions, and lead knowledge transfer through sessions and workshops for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience across software, cloud, systems, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or consulting in software/internet industries.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term customer success and trust through adoption of AWS services and well-architected solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor for enterprise customers in Jeddah and western Saudi Arabia.
• Educate customers on AWS value and lead deep architectural discussions for cloud deployment.
• Conduct enablement sessions and transfer knowledge via workshops, Immersion Days and Dev Days.
• Capture best-practice knowledge and contribute to public publications and reference architectures.
• Act as liaison between customers, AWS Service Teams and Support, gathering feedback and mentoring peers.
