Job summary

Think AI seeks a Senior Solutions Architect in Riyadh to lead technical pre-sales and customer success across the regional footprint. You map Think Nodes and ILM to customer environments and are the technical authority on deals.

You will own RFP responses, guide workshops, and manage a small technical team while coordinating with product and sales. This role is deeply customer-facing and drives deployments from kickoff to go-live.

Qualifications

• Eight years+ in a solutions architect or equivalent customer-facing technical role in AI, accelerated compute, server or data centre infra.
• Experience designing compute solutions for named accounts at leading hardware, hyperscale, or AI companies.
• Broad technical breadth across accelerated compute, networking, storage, Linux, and training/inference on bare metal.
• Experience leading a small technical team or acting as tech lead within a larger org.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical solution design on every major deal, translating requirements into configurations that win.
• Lead workshops, technical deep dives and POC scoping with customer architects and engineering teams.
• Manage the Solutions Engineer and Customer Support Technician; hire and develop the team as it grows.
• Own technical RFP responses: accurate, complete, and with a point of view.
• Bridge between sales and engineering; carry customer pain back to product and bring engineering confidence to the customer.
• Run technical onboarding and see deployments through from kickoff to go-live.
