Job summary

alfanar is seeking an experienced Agile Lead to drive the adoption of Agile and Scrum across IT and digital transformation initiatives in Riyadh. The role focuses on enabling effective delivery, building high-performing teams, and accelerating organizational Agile maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or relevant field.
• 6–10 years of work experience in IT/digital transformation.
• Technical/functional competencies: Applications System Analysis and Applications System Design.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum across projects and transformation initiatives.
• Introduce Agile practices, frameworks, tools, and standards to improve delivery.
• Establish and maintain Scrum processes, guidelines, and ways of working.
