Job summary

alfanar in Riyadh is seeking a ServiceNow Agile Coach - Sr. Scrum Master to drive the adoption of Agile and Scrum across IT and digital transformation initiatives. You will enable high-performing teams, establish Scrum processes, and partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, monitor metrics, and promote continuous improvement. This role requires deep experience in Agile platforms (Jira, Azure DevOps) and a proven ability to scale Agile practices

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences or related field.
6 to 10 years of IT/agile delivery experience.
Experience leading Agile transformations and coaching Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies across projects.
Coach Scrum teams and Product Owners on Agile principles.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint progress.
Monitor metrics like velocity, backlog health and risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align backlogs and delivery.
Support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
Promote continuous improvement and standardize practices.
