Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of professional experience in Agile coaching.
• Experience in the banking sector is required.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
• Ensure adherence to Agile ceremony best practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
