Job summary

Sungrow MENA & Central Asia, based in Dammam, seeks a senior customer engagement specialist to lead the C&I accounts strategy in Saudi Arabia. You will build relationships with key stakeholders, deliver structured corporate and technical presentations, and localize PV/ESS content for the KSA market.

You will collaborate with Solutions, Marketing, and Service teams to validate content, drive adoption, and support growth across national and international engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles in the energy sector.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel frequently within KSA and internationally.
• Based in Dammam.
• Deep PV and BESS knowledge including inverter sizing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sungrow's customer engagement strategy across Commercial, Industrial, and Residential (C&I) accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and technical influencers.
• Plan and conduct structured customer meetings, delivering both corporate and technical presentations to customer needs.
• Localize and maintain PV& ESS product documentation for the KSA market, including grid codes, regulations, project references, and market-specific content.
• Provide customers with updates on certifications, approvals, project milestones, and strategic company developments.
• Prepare customized technical presentation materials for customer visits.
• Maintain records of customer contacts and share account insights with Sales teams to support business growth.
• Work with Technical Team for solution understandingand client meeting.
