Job summary

Corporate Leadership Consult Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia with a strong mechanical engineering background to lead sales in the renewable/solar energy sector. The role requires 8–12 years of sales experience, leadership and excellent client management skills.

You will develop strategies, lead a sales team, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions while reporting into senior management. A performance bonus and health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of professional sales experience, preferably in renewable/solar energy.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Medically fit to work in Saudi Arabia; male candidates only as per client requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the renewable/solar sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining key client relationships.
• Lead and manage the sales team to deliver high performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and health & safety standards.
