Job summary

Saudi German Health in Jeddah seeks an experienced Senior Access Management (IAM & PAM) professional to design, implement, and optimize IAM/PAM solutions across enterprise systems. You will manage user access, MFA/SSO, and privileged accounts, focusing on One Identity and Delinea platforms.

The role requires 8+ years in IAM/PAM, strong governance knowledge, and familiarity with NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001. CISSP/CISM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or related cybersecurity domain.
• Hands-on experience with One Identity, Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID or similar IAM/PAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity governance and access controls.
• Knowledge of NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• CISSP, CISM or relevant IAM/PAM vendor certifications are an advantage.

The role will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, ensuring secure and controlled access across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize IAM & PAM solutions, with a focus on One Identity and Delinea
• Manage user access, authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle processes
• Implement RBAC, segregation of duties (SoD), MFA, and SSO
• Manage privileged accounts and secure privileged credentials
• Support access governance, security monitoring, and incident response
• Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows
• Ensure compliance with NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001 requirements
• Support security audits and maintain IAM/PAM documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field
