Job summary

Saudi German Health in Jeddah is seeking a Senior Access Management (IAM & PAM) professional to lead the implementation and optimization of IAM and PAM across the enterprise. The role requires 8+ years in IAM/PAM, hands-on experience with One Identity, Delinea, and Microsoft Entra ID, and a strong grasp of governance, security controls, and standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.

You will work with security teams to automate provisioning, enforce MFA/SSO, and support audits while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or a related cybersecurity domain.
Strong hands-on experience with One Identity, Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar IAM/PAM platforms.
Strong understanding of identity governance and access controls.
Knowledge of NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001.
CISSP, CISM, or relevant IAM/PAM vendor certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize IAM & PAM solutions, with a focus on One Identity and Delinea
Manage user access, authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle processes
Implement RBAC, segregation of duties (SoD), MFA, and SSO
Manage privileged accounts and secure privileged credentials
Support access governance, security monitoring, and incident response
Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows
Ensure compliance with NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001 requirements
Support security audits and maintain IAM/PAM documentation and reporting
