Job summary

Saudi German Health in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Access Management (IAM & PAM) professional to lead and optimize our IAM/PAM program across enterprise systems. You will implement RBAC, SoD, MFA, and SSO, manage privileged accounts, and drive governance, security monitoring, and incident response.

A Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or related field is required with 8+ years in IAM/PAM; certifications like CISSP/CISM are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or related cybersecurity domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on with One Identity, Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID or similar IAM/PAM platforms.
• Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, MFA and SSO.
• Familiarity with NCA, NIST, ISO 27001 and governance.
• CISSP, CISM or IAM/PAM certifications are a plus.

The role will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, ensuring secure and controlled access across enterprise systems.

• Implement RBAC, segregation of duties (SoD), MFA, and SSO
• Manage privileged accounts and secure privileged credentials
• Support access governance, security monitoring, and incident response
• Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows
• Ensure compliance with NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001 requirements
• Support security audits and maintain IAM/PAM documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or a related cybersecurity domain
• Strong hands‑on experience with One Identity, Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar IAM/PAM platforms
• Strong understanding of identity governance and access controls
• Knowledge of NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001
• CISSP, CISM, or relevant IAM/PAM vendor certifications are an advantage
