Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Insurance & Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in shopping malls, mixed-use developments, hospitality, airports, or similar large public facilities.
• Experience managing outsourced security contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting new developments and mall openings.
• Strong knowledge of Security, Safety, Fire & Life Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Security & Safety strategies, policies, standards, and governance frameworks across all malls.
• Lead Security & Safety operations, ensuring effective risk management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
• Oversee security incidents, safety events, crisis management, and corrective actions.
• Manage Security & Life Safety systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and emergency communication systems.
• Monitor and manage security service providers, contractors, vendors, and contractual service levels.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with Security & Safety standards.
• Support new mall developments, openings, and projects by ensuring Security & Safety operational readiness.
• Coordinate with Mall Managers, Facilities Management, Projects, tenants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Lead and develop Security & Safety teams while managing budgets and driving operational efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced Security & Safety Sr. Manager to join our Operations team in Riyadh.

The role will be responsible for leading and overseeing Security & Safety operations across operating and upcoming shopping malls, ensuring the protection of people and assets, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and a safe and customer-focused environment.

• Experience supporting new developments and mall openings.
• Strong knowledge of Security, Safety, Fire & Life Safety regulations.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CPP, PSP, NFPA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
