Dallah Albaraka Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced Security Manager to oversee security activities across multiple areas, monitor policy changes, and collaborate with concerned personnel to minimise risks and maximise operational efficiency.

The role involves formulating security plans, developing department policies, managing daily operations, budgeting, and guiding staff to achieve high performance while ensuring safety across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration
• 6-8 years of related experience; 2 years of which in managerial position

Responsibilities

• Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Security department plans to ensure alignment with Dallah’s overall objectives and business plans.
• Participates in the development of Security department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of Security department by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Prepares the Security unit budget and ensures that the activities within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
• Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate’s performance.
• Oversees the patrols and investigations conducted to ensure alignment with the set plans for the effective safe-guard of Dallah.
• Assigns different resources for analysis of potential security liabilities/opportunities as requested to ensure sound business recommendations are delivered.
• Manages complex security measures and analysis to provide the best service to the business.
• Undertakes checks on the work completed by team members, ensuring outputs are of an acceptable standard and look for ways to continuously improve the effectiveness of work.
• Acts as a point of reference by providing sufficient technical expertise for team members and provides them with appropriate technical direction.
