Confidential is seeking an experienced Safety & Security Manager to oversee on-site security operations, supervise personnel, and ensure compliance with safety regulations within a large, high-traffic facility.

Key duties include supervising teams across shifts, coordinating emergency response, maintaining equipment, conducting training, and liaising with authorities to keep permits valid. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Safety Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in safety and security management, ideally in malls or large facilities.
• 3+ years in supervisory roles with security teams and compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and Civil Defense requirements.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and manage on-site security teams across all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, internal policies, and Civil Defense requirements.
• Identify high-risk situations and implement preventive measures to reduce incidents and protect property.
• Monitor the effectiveness, maintenance, and readiness of security equipment and systems.
• Coordinate emergency response, provide first aid when required, and liaise with emergency services.
• Conduct safety and security training for security personnel.
• Prepare incident reports, maintain accurate records, and recommend operational improvements.
• Coordinate with government authorities and ensure all required permits and certificates remain valid.
• Monitor team performance and ensure the completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in safety and security management, preferably in malls, commercial complexes, or large facilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience managing security teams, equipment, compliance processes, and emergency situations.
• Strong knowledge of local safety and security regulations and Civil Defense requirements.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership, risk assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in security systems and reporting tools.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
