Job summary

SGS - Saudi Ground Services seeks an experienced leader to drive the Safety Management System and strengthen safety culture across our operations in Saudi Arabia. You will guide SMS development, risk mitigation, and incident investigations while partnering with senior leaders and regulators.

With 10+ years in quality/safety and 5+ years in management, you will manage teams across Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Madinah, ensuring ISO standards and OSHA requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality, safety, or security, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety management, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or master’s degree is a plus)
• Certification in quality management, quality auditing, or health and safety (e.g., CSHM or CSMP)
• Practical experience building safety, security, and environmental management systems
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/18001, and OSHA requirements
• Advanced English and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
