Job summary

Initial Facilities Management in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead and oversee all HSE activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies.

You will develop and implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, lead safety training, manage audits, investigate incidents, and promote a strong safety culture across all operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S or related field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification required.
• Proven experience in an HSE management role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and ensure compliance across operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Lead safety training and promote a strong safety culture among employees.
• Monitor HSE performance and prepare reports for management.
