Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Security & Safety Manager to supervise on-site teams and ensure strict regulatory compliance. You will lead risk assessments, coordinate with government authorities, and oversee incident responses to protect assets across malls, complexes, or industrial facilities.

The role requires 7+ years in safety and security management with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, plus NEBOSH/OSHA preferred and bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field.
• 7+ years in safety and security management.
• 3+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities and emergencies.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations.
• NEBOSH, OSHA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities
