Job summary

Tractebel is seeking a talented Scheduler Specialist to support major Infrastructure and Urban Development projects in Jeddah. You will develop, maintain, and analyse project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Client stakeholders to ensure effective planning and schedule control.

The role requires 5-10 years' experience in Planning/Scheduling or Project Controls, with strong Primavera P6 skills and the ability to produce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years' experience in Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls.
• Practical experience on Infrastructure, Utilities, Transportation, Water, Urban Development, or Major Engineering Projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills.
• Strong baseline, progress measurement, schedule updates, and recovery planning.
• Experience preparing progress reports and schedule performance analyses.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline schedules, revised schedules, and recovery programmes.
• Monitor project progress and analyse schedule performance against approved baselines.
• Conduct Critical Path Analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation measures.
• Review contractor and subcontractor schedules and assess schedule compliance.
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, KPI reports, and schedule analyses.
• Support project controls activities through schedule forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Participate in project coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling constraints and provide recommendations to improve project delivery performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and analysing project schedules while collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Client stakeholders to ensure effective project planning, progress monitoring, and schedule control.
