Boston Oncology Arabia seeks an SC Excellence / Analytics / MDM Executive to act as the data and digital backbone of the Supply Chain team, owning clean master data and decision-ready analytics. The role drives data-driven improvements and supports automation initiatives across ERP and planning tools.

The candidate will build reliable dashboards with Python, SQL and Tableau, deliver insights with financial impact, and collaborate with IT, procurement and logistics for timely, business-ready

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in supply chain analytics, MDM or SC excellence with proven project deliveries.
• Bachelor's / Master's in engineering, pharma, commerce, analytics or supply chain; MBA a plus.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with Tableau and ERP planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Master data management: create, validate and maintain material, vendor, customer, BOM, lead time and MOQ data; run clean-ups and duplicate checks.
• Data extraction & cleaning: use SQL and Python to extract, clean and reconcile data from ERP and planning tools.
• BI & Tableau reporting: build and maintain dashboards and MIS for OTIF, inventory, expiry, logistics and procurement cost.
• Advanced Excel analytics: models, what-if and variance analyses with a financial lens on cost, savings and working capital.
• Automation support: capture requirements, build scripts, support testing and track benefits of digitalisation projects.
• Data simplification: standardise KPI definitions and data flows; retire manual, duplicate files.

ROLE PURPOSE

Be the data and digital backbone of the Supply Chain team - owning clean master data, decision-ready analytics and the data side of automation and digitalisation projects. The role simplifies data, builds reliable reports and helps every supply chain function act faster, with a clear view of the business and financial impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
