Job summary

Apex Industrial Services in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across contracting, procurement, S&OP, and materials & spare parts management.

Develop and execute strategies, budgets, and improvement plans while driving cost savings, inventory optimization, and working capital efficiency. Strong leadership and SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Industrial Services, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Mining within Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong knowledge of vendor registration, prequalification, material standards, and local content compliance (IKTVA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee S&OP, demand forecasting, and procurement planning.

• Drive cost savings, inventory optimization, and working capital efficiency.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team while supporting Saudization and local supplier development.
• Ensure materials meet technical and quality standards for major clients.

• Manage inventory, critical spare parts, warehousing, logistics, and import operations.
• Ensure materials comply with applicable technical and quality standards for major oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining clients.
• Drive cost savings, inventory optimization, and working capital efficiency through data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, customs, SASO/SABER requirements, and ethical procurement practices.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team while supporting Saudization and local supplier development.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role leading multiple supply chain functions.
• Experience in Industrial Services, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Mining within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of major oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining client requirements, including vendor registration, prequalification, material standards, and local content compliance (IKTVA).
• Proven experience in procurement, contracting, inventory planning, and supplier negotiations.
• Hands on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Demonstrated results in cost savings, inventory optimization, and supplier performance improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as MCIPS, CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM.
• MBA, master’s degree in supply chain management, or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong ethical judgment, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to manage commercial risks, resolve complex challenges, and perform under pressure.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites and supplier facilities as required.
