Job summary

3 Point Hrm is seeking a Supply Planning Executive in Saudi Arabia to manage net requirements, rolling plans and stock hygiene. The role collaborates with Supply Planning Manager, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, CMOs, Logistics and Quality to ensure timely supply and optimal inventory levels.

The candidate should have 2-5 years in supply planning or related operations, with a bachelor's in pharma/science/commerce/engineering. Strong Excel skills and ERP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning or supply chain operations; pharma preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in pharma, science, commerce or engineering.
• MBA not required.
• Proficient Excel (lookups, pivots) and ERP knowledge.
• Detail-oriented, structured with follow-up; eager to learn BOM planning.

Responsibilities

• Net requirement calculations in ERP/Excel against stock, open orders and BOM; prepare reconciliation for manager review.
• Rolling 3-month plan upkeep; log changes and share updates each cycle.
• Supply follow-up: chase suppliers and CMOs for confirmations, dispatch and delivery; update tracker and escalated delays.
• Secondary packing: track packing plans against actuals and report variances with reasons.
• Stock & expiry monitoring: watch cover, shortages and near-expiry stock; flag actions to the manager.
• Master data: keep lead times, BOM and MOQ data correct in ERP.
• Reports & automation support: prepare weekly OTIF and plan reports; support dashboard and automation data needs.

3 MANDATES / KPIS FOR THE ROLE

MANDATE 1

Supply Follow-up

Chase every open supply to delivery and flag risks early, so nothing reaches the manager as a surprise.

Open-order status updated daily

Delays escalated within agreed time

Supplier / CMO OTIF reported weekly

MANDATE 2

Plan Execution

Prepare accurate, on-time planning outputs that the manager can confirm and commit.

Net requirement runs on cycle schedule

3-month rolling plan updated & published

Secondary packing plan vs. actual tracked

MANDATE 3

Data & Stock Hygiene

Keep master data, stock and expiry information clean and visible for decisions.

Lead time / BOM / MOQ data accuracy

Weekly stock cover & expiry report

Planning dashboard refreshed on time

CANDIDATE PROFILE
