Job summary

3 Point Hrm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to own demand conversion into net requirements, lock firm rolling plans and align capacities with CMOs and in-house production.

You will drive on-time delivery (OTIF) for CMO and in-house supplies, coordinate inventory levels and establish a unified planning data view across Planning, Procurement and Logistics. Experience in supply planning and collaboration with external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Net requirements planning to convert demand into net requirements against stock, open orders and BOM.
• Firm supply plans confirmed for at least 3 months rolling and reviewed each cycle.
• Capacity alignment with in-house manufacturing and CMOs; surface constraints early.
• Secondary packing plans owned and tracked against plan.
• Chase supplies; delays escalated in time with CMOs and suppliers.
• Inventory optimisation to set cover and safety-stock norms and reduce expiry risk.

Hiring: Supply Planning Manager | Saudi Arabia

Own supply planning for all CMO and in-house manufactured supplies, turning demand into net requirements, locking firm rolling supply plans, aligning capacities and delivering supplies on time, in full, with optimised inventory. The role is directly accountable for supply OTIF and for strengthening supply chain excellence for oncology patients.

Raise on-time, in-full delivery of CMO and in-house supplies, including secondary packing.

OTIF of CMO & in-house supplies: 95%

Secondary packing plan vs. actual: 95%

Firm & Aligned Plans

Keep the supply plan firm, reconciled and capacity-aligned so the business can commit with confidence.

Optimise inventory and build one shared planning data view across Planning, Procurement and Logistics.
