Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery SGR in Riyadh is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for engineering, geology, metallurgy and plant operations, ensuring candidates meet technical and safety standards for exploration projects, refining facilities and assay laboratories.

You will coordinate with HSE, Operations and Laboratory leadership to verify competencies and safety certifications before onboarding, while aligning with Saudization targets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, industrial engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of four years recruitment experience focused on technical engineering or industrial operations roles.
• Ability to manage end-to-end hiring cycles for shift-based laboratory and field operations personnel.
• Working knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, Qiwa workflows and Muqeem visa processing procedures.
• Strong analytical capabilities for tracking recruitment metrics, pipeline conversion rates and cost-per-hire.
• Ability to operate independently to manage high-volume requisitions with audit-ready documentation.
• Experience using enterprise HRIS and applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate pipeline data.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing to locate specialized engineering and technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Technical Pipeline Development across universities and mining networks to build a continuous pipeline of engineers and operators.
• Candidate Screening and Assessment with structured interviews and technical evaluations.
• Offer Management and Compliance with approved compensation bands and pre-employment screenings.
• HSE and Site Access Coordination for inductions and safety protocols before facility access.
• Saudization and Regulatory Reporting to maintain payroll and social insurance compliance.
• Stakeholder Workforce Planning with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
• Recruitment Analytics and Process Improvement with dashboards tracking time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Market Benchmarking and Compensation Alignment for mining and refining roles.
• Documentation and Audit Readiness maintaining complete candidate files for audits.
