Offer Management and Compliance The recruiter prepares formal offer letters that align with approved compensation bands and manages pre-employment medical screenings and background verifications through Qiwa and Muqeem platforms
HSE and Site Access Coordination The recruiter partners with HSE and Operations to schedule mandatory site inductions including LOTO training and chemical-handling protocols before granting facility access
Saudization and Regulatory Reporting The recruiter monitors Nitaqat requirements and submits accurate hiring data to Mudad and GOSI systems to maintain payroll and social insurance compliance
