Job summary

Elevate, a global sports and entertainment agency, seeks a Director to lead sponsorship and partnership sales for rightsholder clients in Saudi Arabia. You will own the full sales cycle, build senior relationships, and shape partnerships aligned with brand objectives.

You will collaborate with teams across MENAP, develop world-class sales material, and forecast pipelines. Based in the Kingdom, you will drive long-term partnerships in sport, culture and entertainment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships or brand partnerships, agency-side or rights-holders side, in the Kingdom.
• Track record of closing significant deals in sport, culture or entertainment, ideally multi-year or seven-figure SAR partnerships.
• Experience owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, contracting and handover to servicing.

Responsibilities

• Sell sponsorship and partnership rights for rightsholder clients in KSA across sport, culture, and entertainment.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, contracting and servicing handover.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with marketing and sponsorship decision-makers at Saudi brands and portfolio companies.

Keyresponsibilities:

• SellsponsorshipandpartnershiprightsonbehalfofourrightsholderclientsinKSA,acrosssport,cultureandentertainment.
• Ownthefullsalescycle,fromprospectingandfirstmeetingtoproposal,negotiation,contractingandhandovertotheservicingteam.
• Buildandmaintainseniorrelationshipswithmarketingandsponsorshipdecision-makersatSaudibrands,PIFportfoliocompanies,banks,telcosandgiga-projects.
• Developproposalsthatstartfromabrand’sobjectives,withclearrationale,valuationandpricing.
• Structuredealsthoughtfully,includingvalue-in-kind(VIK),phasedandactivation-ledpartnershipswheretheseservebothparties.
• ManageadisciplinedpipelineinSalesforceandprovideaccuratemonthlyandquarterlyforecasts.
• WorkcloselywithourPartnershipSalesOperationsteamtodevelopworldclasssalesmaterialsanddatainsights.
• RepresentthebusinessandourclientswithprofessionalismintheSaudimarket,andsharemarketinsightwiththewiderMENAteam.

• Disciplinedpipelinemanagementandforecasting;experiencewithSalesforceispreferred.
