Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned LSU Service Sales Manager to define and drive the Services Sales strategy across the country. You will lead the Saudi Arabia Services Sales team, shape the service lifecycle growth, and align with global strategy while addressing local market needs and expanding installed base penetration.

• Minimum 10 years in managing Service Sales function.
• Proven leadership of Service Sales & Marketing teams to achieve growth.
• Experience across multi-product/service portfolios during the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and execute the Saudi Arabia Service Sales strategy.
• Develop and coach the Saudi Arabia Services Sales team to high performance.
• Drive collaboration across matrix organization with Country, Hub, BU and Global stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new service business opportunities and partnerships in Saudi market.
• Own country service sales targets including order intake, revenue and margin.
• Manage budgeting and sales planning in coordination with regional teams.
• Establish long-term relationships with key Saudi customers and decision-makers.
