Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management and leadership, with at least 5 years in real estate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for managing sales and transactions.
• Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, direct, and motivate the branch team (sales, leasing, admin).
• Develop detailed operating plans and branch budgets; monitor execution.
• Prepare feasibility studies and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Oversee daily branch operations including inventory and transaction progress.
• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and deliver training to improve efficiency.
• Write reports for senior management in Arabic and English on a regular basis.
• Resolve problems and disputes with customers or employees promptly.
