Our client, a leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to lead and develop its leasing function across a diverse portfolio of retail, office, residential and logistics developments.

Based in Al Khobar, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving leasing performance, developing commercial leasing strategies and establishing structured leasing processes to support the company's growing development portfolio. The role will have a particular focus on retail leasing, tenant mix development, direct engagement with major retailers and brands, and negotiating commercial lease agreements to maximise occupancy and rental income.
