Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a globally recognized manufacturing company for a Sales Representative to lead business development across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding the customer base in mattress, bedding, furniture, and textile sectors, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, and building strong executive relationships.

Qualifications

Relevant sales experience in Saudi mattress, bedding, or textile industry.
Established relationships with Saudi mattress manufacturers preferred.
Experience selling mattresses fabrics, accessories, components, or bedding materials advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Based in Riyadh and willing to travel across KSA.

Responsibilities

Develop new business with mattress manufacturers and textile companies in KSA.
Build relationships with owners, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
Promote mattress fabrics, ticking, knitted/woven fabrics, quilted fabrics, accessories, and related products.
Manage RFQs, quotations, samples, approvals, negotiations, and order follow-ups with the Dubai team.
Conduct regular customer visits and travel across Saudi Arabia for business development.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and emerging customer requirements.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
