Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a globally recognized manufacturing company for a Sales Representative to lead business development across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding the customer base in mattress, bedding, furniture, and textile sectors, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, and building strong executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience in Saudi mattress, bedding, or textile industry.
• Established relationships with Saudi mattress manufacturers preferred.
• Experience selling mattresses fabrics, accessories, components, or bedding materials advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Based in Riyadh and willing to travel across KSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with mattress manufacturers and textile companies in KSA.
• Build relationships with owners, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Promote mattress fabrics, ticking, knitted/woven fabrics, quilted fabrics, accessories, and related products.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, samples, approvals, negotiations, and order follow-ups with the Dubai team.
• Conduct regular customer visits and travel across Saudi Arabia for business development.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and emerging customer requirements.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to lead business development across the Saudi Arabian market. The role will focus on expanding the company’s customer base within the mattress, bedding, furniture, and textile sectors by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales of mattress fabrics, accessories, components, and related textile products. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Saudi market, an established network within the industry, and a proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer visits to quotations, product approvals, negotiations, and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

• - Develop new business with mattress manufacturers, bedding, furniture, and textile companies across KSA.
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, procurement teams, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
• - Promote mattress fabrics, ticking, knitted/woven fabrics, quilted fabrics, accessories, and related products.
• - Manage RFQs, quotations, samples, approvals, negotiations, and order follow-ups in coordination with the Dubai team.
• - Conduct regular customer visits and travel across Saudi Arabia for business development.
• - Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and emerging customer requirements.

Requirements

• - Relevant sales experience within the Saudi mattress, bedding, furniture, or textile industry.
• - Existing relationships with Saudi mattress manufacturers will be highly preferred.
• - Experience selling mattress fabrics, accessories, components, or bedding materials is a strong advantage.
• - Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• - Based in Riyadh and willing to travel extensively across KSA.
