Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Specialist to lead premium mattress sales across our Saudi showrooms. The role demands deep product knowledge, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to build relationships with high-end clients and interior designers.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in premium bedding retail, a Bachelor’s degree, fluent Arabic and English, and residency in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Exactly 8+ years of proven retail experience in high-end mattresses or sleep products.
• Expert understanding of mattress construction and sleep science.
• Fluent Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Residence in Saudi Arabia with valid status.

Responsibilities

• Drive premium retail sales by delivering expert consultations on Sealy’s products to achieve high-ticket revenue targets.
• Assess customer sleep needs and preferences to recommend ideal mattress models.
• Maintain showroom standards, pricing clarity, and visual merchandising.
• Build and manage relationships with premium clients, interior designers, and corporate accounts.
• Track local market trends and feed actionable insights to management.
