Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East in Saudi Arabia seeks a Retail Sales Representative / Sleep Consultant to maximize showroom revenue by delivering a consultative, premium experience for customers purchasing luxury mattresses and bedding.

You will guide walk-in customers through Sealy's Posturepedic and Crown Jewels collections, assess sleep habits, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining elegant displays and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years retail experience in high-end showrooms.
• Arabic native, English intermediate.
• Saudi residency with valid documents.
• Open to both genders.
• Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni nationals restriction.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in showroom visitors and convert consultations into completed high-ticket purchases.
• Evaluate customer sleep habits, comfort preferences, and health needs to recommend premium bedding options.
• Articulate the values, materials and technology of luxury bedding to overcome price objections.
• Process showroom transactions using POS, CRM and inventory systems.
• Coordinate post-sale delivery logistics with customers.
• Maintain luxury display standards and keep the sales floor immaculate.
• Cultivate long-term customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
