Job summary

Musco is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. The ideal candidate will navigate Saudi labor laws, Saudization, and culturally nuanced HR practices to support a growing team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, policy development, and HR administration, with collaboration across Musco locations. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR management experience, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for professional and manufacturing roles.
• Oversee onboarding, retention, and career development programs.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and government portal compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with local norms and laws.
• Oversee HR administration: contracts, transfers, exits, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Global HR and other locations on projects.
