You will safeguard Saudization targets while aligning platform operations with local labor laws. The role requires working with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Operations to resolve compliance issues, maintain accurate records, and report on regulatory deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking, writing and reading.
• 1+ years in customer service or back-office roles in corporate settings.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage HR transactions across GOSI, Qiwa, and HRDF platforms.
• Ensure Saudi labor law compliance and Saudization requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Operations to resolve compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate government portal records and generate compliance reports.
• Monitor deadlines and regulatory changes to minimize risk.
