Job summary

pladis is seeking an Export Specialist to manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring Saudi and international regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and timely shipments. This role coordinates with internal teams and government authorities for land and sea exports and re-exports.

Key tasks include handling COO/HC, SFDA notifications, and container movements, while maintaining export trackers and Smartsheet inputs for KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Export Operations, Logistics, or International Trade.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi export regulations, SFDA processes, COO/HC legalization, and customs procedures.
• Experience handling land and sea exports, including GCC cross-border shipments.
• Hands-on experience with export documentation, insurance declarations, and government portals.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and export tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Proforma Invoices for export orders and manage Export Insurance Declarations.
• Coordinate loading plans with warehouse, transporters, and freight forwarders; arrange bookings for land and sea shipments.
• Manage Export Invoice Legalization, COO, and Health Certificate issuance with authorities.
• Handle export claims, shortages, damages, insurance claims, and documentation discrepancies.
• Update the Export Tracker with shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines; support monthly KPI reporting.
• Work closely with Sales Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth export flow.
