Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Corporate Counsel for its Commercial Legal team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support growth in the Kingdom and Middle East.

The role advises on KSA and ME laws, negotiates technology service agreements with public and private sector customers, collaborates with privacy, security and compliance teams, and helps develop training and responses to RFIs/RFPs. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PQE in a top firm or in-house in the Middle East, with KSA contracting experience.
• Expertise in cloud computing, AI, data privacy, IP, and Islamic Sharia knowledge.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on KSA and ME laws and draft/negotiates strategic tech service agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on cloud, on-prem, and professional services sales across the region.
• Collaborate with privacy, government affairs, security, and compliance teams.
• Develop legal training materials and support RFIs/RFPs and cross-regional projects.
