Keeta in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to support business lines across the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, on corporate, advisory, contract, and dispute resolution matters.

You will conduct legal research, draft and negotiate contracts, coordinate with management and external partners, address regulatory requirements, represent the company in litigation and negotiations, and maintain relationships with external law firms; travel across the GCC will be

Formación

Bachelor's degree in law required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant GCC experience.
Fluent Arabic; working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Conduct legal research and provide advice on transactions and commercial matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Collaborate with management and business units to meet legal requirements.
Support external stakeholders to maintain a business-friendly regulatory environment in GCC.
Represent the company in litigation and other legal proceedings.
Stay up-to-date with changes in the legal landscape and industry trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with external law firms and advisors.
Be willing to travel to Bahrain and other GCC countries as needed.
