Job summary

Salesforce.com in Riyadh is seeking a high-performing Corporate Counsel to join our Commercial Legal team to support growth in the Middle East from our regional HQ in Riyadh.

The role advises on KSA and ME laws, drafts and negotiates technology service agreements with public sector and commercial customers, and collaborates with privacy, security, and compliance teams to ensure policy alignment and contract integrity. Strong Arabic/English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in a reputable law firm or in-house corporate counsel within the Middle East, with strong KSA commercial and technology contracting experience.
• Expertise in cloud computing, AI, data privacy and IP laws; knowledge of Islamic Sharia law and public procurement processes.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Advise on KSA and broader Middle East laws, draft and negotiate strategic technology service agreements with commercial and public sector customers and partners.
• Provide legal counsel to executives and business teams on cloud-based, on-premises and professional services contracts across the region.
• Collaborate with privacy, government affairs, security and compliance teams to ensure policy alignment and contract integrity; support on existing contracts and disputes.
• Contribute to legal training materials, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and participate in cross-regional projects within the EMEA Commercial Legal team.
