Job summary

Soudal, based in Jeddah, seeks a Sales Manager to drive market growth across Saudi Arabia. You will lead a sales team, develop strategies, and expand the customer base for our construction-related mastics, adhesives and PU foams. Regular travel across the kingdom is required.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in B2B sales, strong leadership, and fluency in Arabic and English. The role is based in Jeddah with a focus on strategic account development.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or B2B.
• Based in Jeddah with willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies for Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and develop new customers and market segments.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, and contractors.
• Drive new business while growing existing accounts and monitor performance.
