Job summary

Soudal, Europe’s leading independent producer of mastics, adhesives and PU foams, seeks an Arabic-speaking Sales Representative based in Dammam. The role centers on acquiring new clients, expanding the regional customer base, and guiding the sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.

You will build relationships with aluminium and glass companies, deliver product demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and achievement of targets in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Arabic nationality required, living in the Dammam area.
• Valid Saudi or international driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, conversational).

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand the regional customer database.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target companies in Aluminium and Glass industries.
• Deliver product and service demonstrations to potential clients.
• Oversee the sales process from initiation to deal closure and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Submit periodic activity, client, and competitor reports to the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Warehouse, Accounting, Customer Service) to support operations.

Soudal is looking for an Arabic speaking Sales representative based in Dammam.

Your responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand the customer database in the region
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with target companies, particularly in the aluminium and glass industries.
• Deliver product and service demonstrations to potential clients
• Oversee the sales process from initiation to deal closure and follow up on customer satisfaction
• Submit periodic activity, client, and competitor reports to the Sales Manager
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Warehouse, Accounting, and Customer Service to support effective operations

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• At least 3 years of sales experience
• Experience working with aluminium and glass companies is preferred
• Arab nationality is required, living in the Damman area
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Possession of a valid Saudi or international driving license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – Outlook)
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, conversational)
