Job summary

Soudal Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Sales Representative based in Dammam to acquire new clients and expand the regional customer base. You will manage relationships with aluminium and glass sector clients, deliver product demonstrations, and drive the sales process end-to-end while coordinating with warehousing, accounting, and customer service teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of sales experience, Arabic nationality, and proficient English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience with aluminium and glass industries is preferred.
• Arab nationality is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – Outlook).
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand the customer database in the region.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with target companies, particularly in the aluminium and glass industries.
• Deliver product and service demonstrations to potential clients.
• Oversee the sales process from initiation to deal closure and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Submit periodic activity, client, and competitor reports to the Sales Manager.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Warehouse, Accounting, and Customer Service to support effective operations.
