Job summary

Soudal Group is seeking a Sales Manager for its Saudi Arabia operation based in Jeddah. You will lead and develop the sales team, drive growth, and execute a clear commercial strategy across Saudi Arabia, including frequent travel to Dammam and Riyadh to grow the customer base and opportunities in the building and construction sector.

You will build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors, monitor performance, and contribute to defining the product portfolio based on market

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sales, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or B2B environment.
• Willing to travel across Saudi Arabia, including Dammam and Riyadh; based in Jeddah.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; excellent communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate sales team to hit targets.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies for Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and develop new customers and market segments.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia to visit customers and support the team.
• Collaborate with Country Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvements.
