Job summary

Datamatics Technologies seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to implement and support EC, Time Off and Time Sheet modules in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver HR transformation solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on EC configuration, data models, reporting and Story Reporting experience, plus strong communication to collaborate across teams. Prior KSA project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Completed 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Employee Central and Time Off modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Core HR and Time Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, workflows and business rules

The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR transformation solutions.
