Job summary

KaarTech is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central to manage incidents, changes, and data migrations while configuring EC and HR master data. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams, ensure SLAs, perform RCA, and support SAP ERP/S4HANA integrations.

Strong documentation and testing experience are required. Responsibilities include configuring RBPs, workflows, security, and reports; conducting UAT and user training; and maintaining DACO-compliant documentation and system

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in supporting and configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Ability to resolve HR system issues within agreed SLAs.
• Experience in integrations, data management, security, and reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare RCA reports, maintain documentation, and implement long-term fixes

Responsibilities

• Gather HR requirements and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and troubleshooting with SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with HR users, IT teams, SAP support, and vendors for issue resolution.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using standard reporting tools.
• Conduct testing, UAT, and end-user training; maintain DACO documentation.
