Job summary

Müller's Solutions in Riyadh is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors EC Consultant to implement, configure, and support the Employee Central module. You will translate business requirements into EC solutions that align with best practices, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

The role demands 5+ years in EC implementations, strong knowledge of data models, workflows, and integrations (Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of EC data models, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience with EC integrations using Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, or SAP CPI.
• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors module integration with other modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for the Employee Central module
• Configure, customize, and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central according to client requirements
• Design and develop complex business rules and workflows to automate HR processes
• Integrate Employee Central with other modules within SuccessFactors or third-party systems
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Employee Central-related issues
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices
