Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for HR data and processes.
• Experience in incident, problem, change, and service request management with SLA adherence.
• Knowledge of HR data privacy and compliance; strong stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Configure EC, manage master data, data migrations, and validations.
• Support integrations with SAP ERP/S4HANA and payroll systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards; perform testing and end-user training.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, SAP support, and vendors for issue resolution.
