Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central, Time Off, and EC Payroll with multi-country payroll expertise. The role focuses on KSA and UAE payroll, Payroll Control Center, PCRs, and cross‑module integrations with SAP S/4HANA.

You will design, configure, integrate, test, deploy and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, delivering compliant payroll processing and accurate data flows for regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with focus on Employee Central, EC Payroll, Time Off, PMGM and integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑country payroll, especially KSA and UAE, and payroll control center, PCRs, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
• Configure time off, leave types, accrual rules, and integration with EC Payroll.
• Design, test, deploy, and support EC payroll implementations across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and multi‑country environments.

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – EC, Payroll & Integrations

Location: Dammam, SA (5 Days office)

Experience

8–12+ years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in Employee Central, EC Payroll, Time Off, PMGM, and SuccessFactors integrations.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise across Employee Central (EC), Time Off, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), PMGM, and cross-module integrations.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with multi‑country payroll, particularly KSA (Saudi Arabia) and UAE, along with strong expertise in Payroll Control Center, PCRs, payroll schemas, payroll processing, and integration with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.

The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Central

• Lead configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure:
• Foundation Objects
• Employee Data
• Job Information
• Employment Information
• Position Management
• Workflows
• Business Rules
• Event Derivations
• MDF Objects
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Design and maintain employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and organizational changes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable EC solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

2. Time Off

• Configure and support SuccessFactors Time Off.
• Design leave types, time accounts, accrual rules, eligibility rules, and holiday calendars.
• Configure business rules and workflows for time‑off processes.
• Integrate Time Off with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Troubleshoot time‑off calculation, accrual, and integration issues.
• Support country‑specific leave and statutory requirements.

3. Employee Central Payroll – KSA, UAE & Multi-Country Payroll

• Lead or support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and support.
• Strong experience with KSA (Saudi Arabia) and UAE payroll is required.
• Experience supporting multi‑country payroll environments is highly preferred.
• Configure and support end‑to‑end payroll processes including:
• Payroll processing
• Gross-to-net calculation
• Earnings and deductions
• Benefits
• Absence integration
