Job description

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Expert with strong hands‑on experience in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The candidate should have deep configuration experience and the ability to independently handle complex SuccessFactors requirements, implementations and support activities.

Note: Candidate must have strong hands‑on configuration experience with EC and ECP

Key Requirements

• 10–14 years of overall SAP/SAP HCM experience with strong SuccessFactors expertise.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Strong hands‑on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Excellent configuration experience across EC and ECP.
• Experience with EC Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Position Management, Workflows and Business Rules.
• Strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF objects and associations.
• Hands‑on experience with Time‑Off configuration is preferred.
• Strong experience with ECP payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll processing.
• Experience with EC–ECP integration, data replication and payroll-related interfaces.
• Exposure to SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Integration Center, APIs and OData is preferred.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, Go‑Live and production support.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex EC/ECP issues and provide root‑cause analysis.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading functional discussions.
• Multi Country payroll experience needed

• Employee Central
• EC payroll (KSA, UAE, multi‑country payroll, with PCR schema expertise)
